Placing Orders

GTI Diagnostics will accept orders by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail when a purchase order number is supplied.

Prices

All prices shown are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. Waukesha, Wisconsin, unless otherwise shown. Freight and handling charges are extra and are added to each invoice, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.

Payment Terms

Payment for invoices is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. The date of invoice is the date of shipment.

Title

Title to the products passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the items to the freight carrier.

Shipment

Unless otherwise specified by buyer at the time of ordering, all shipments and type of service will be made by a carrier of GTI Diagnostics’ choice.

Delivery

GTI Diagnostics shall not be liable for any delays in or failure of delivery due to acts of God or public authority, labor disputes, accidents, fires, floods, extreme weather conditions, failure of and delays by carriers, shortages of material, delays of a supplier or any other cause beyond GTI Diagnostics’ control. At all times, GTI Diagnostics will try to honor delivery dates, but no guarantee is given or implied that specific delivery dates will be met.

Returns

Returned merchandise is not accepted without prior approval of GTI Diagnostics’ Customer Service Department. At GTI Diagnostics’ sole discretion, replacement or credit may be issued for any product proven to be unsatisfactory or proven to have been shipped in error.

Merchandise ordered in error cannot be returned without the prior approval of GTI Diagnostics’ Customer Service Department. Credit or replacement, at GTI Diagnostics’ discretion, will only be issued if the misordered product can be returned to inventory. Approved returns of misordered merchandise are at the purchaser’s shipping expense.

Taxes

Sales, use, excise, property or other taxes or duties that may be levied on the transaction by local, state, federal or foreign governments are not included in the quoted prices. Payment of all applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and buyer will hold GTI Diagnostics harmless of that responsibility.

Loss or Damage

Claims for loss or damage of products during shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be reported to GTI Diagnostics within two (2) days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty

Products are offered without warranty or guarantee since the conditions of storage and use are beyond GTI Diagnostics’ control. Products are to be used according to the product’s direction insert.

In no event shall GTI Diagnostics be liable for any special or consequential damages.
