HLA EZ Type®

HLA Class I And Class II SSP Typing Kits

For the molecular determination of HLA Class I A, B and C loci, as well as Class II DRB1, DRB3/DRB4/DRB5 and DQB1

GTI Diagnostics’ HLA EZ Type® low resolution test system for HLA Class I and Class II provides low-resolution typing of HLA Class I A, B, and C loci, as well as Class II DRB1, DRB3/ DRB4/ DRB5 and DQB1. SSP typing has been shown to provide superior resolution compared to serological HLA typing methods. In conjunction with the HLA EZ Type® kits, GTI Diagnostics offers its EZ Type® System, providing a fast and economical, easy and convenient way to analyze your allele-specific PCR products. GTI Diagnostics is updating documents to comply with changes to HLA allele naming designations by W.H.O.

  • Fast typing by means of allele-specific amplification
  • Pre-aliquoted and dried primer mixes
  • Color coded primer plates for easy identification
  • Identical handling of different kits with one harmonized PCR protocol
  • Different sized internal control primer products can detect gel loading errors
  • Flexibility provided by combination of different PCR trays
  • Uses pre-cast E-Gel®s
  • Simplified interpretation incorporating allele frequencies
  • Can be used with the GTI Diagnostics EZ Type® System
  • NEW! Uses lower Taq amounts per reaction
