Designed to detect IgG antibodies to Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) Class I

The GTI Diagnostics HLA Antibody Screening ELISAs are companion products to the HLA Antibody Identification ELISAs: Quik-ID® Class I and Quik-ID® Class II. Antibodies detected with the Screening assays may be further characterized with an HLA Antibody Identification product to determine a panel reactive antibody (PRA) value and specificity.

QuikScreen® microwells contain immobilized Class I HLA glycoproteins which were affinity purified from the platelets of approximately 300 random donors where a third are Caucasion, a third are African American and a third are Hispanic. The QuikScreen® Kit is available in two formats:

• QS3G is provided in a solid plate format intended for high through-put users that always batch their antibody screens.
• QS12G is provided in a 1x8 strip format to allow the flexibility to run as few as four or as many as 44 samples at one time.

• Fast - up to 44 samples in duplicate can be screened in two hours
